WHY TOYS ON A BATTLEFIELD?
It’s a great setting for Toy Tactics and they made it feel like it’s both not toys and toys at the same time, but in a good way! The levels/maps looks like they could be fitted over a big table and the characters have a weight to their bottoms, making them wiggle when they walk or get hit. Physics is a very cool feature in this game, both when the environment gets destroyed, but also when you send your enemies flying when you swing your sword with one of your more prominent warriors.
Toy Tactics Offers
- Single Player Mode, PvP and Online Co-op
- Good and Fun Physics
- Boss Fights
- Magical Spells
- A Lot Of Different Warriors With Different Skills and Weaknesses
- Five Game Modes: Campaign, Puzzle, Mercenary, Sandbox and Multiplayer
THIS IS WHERE I DRAW THE LINE!
The whole concept of the game is that you draw lines to assemble or group your warriors.
Hold down a key and draw two lines and they’ll split, mark one of them and attack and have the others stay to watch their backs or send them to different targets to rush the opponent. It’s all up to you how you want to strategize.
TOYS WITH SKILLS?
Yeah, your soldiers and warriors have different skills, abilities, and weaknesses. On top of that you have magical skills that can be used after filling up a meter by demolishing enemies.
These magical skills can be anything from raining down fire arrows to making a makeshift walls, all to hinder or destroy your enemies from making their next strategic step valuable.
All these skills are lovely to watch in action with complete physics. Arrows get stuck on enemies, walls will eventually fall apart, and towers will too.
Different armies have different abilities and skills which makes the game feel more exciting.
SO I SHOULD GIVE IN AND PLAY WITH TOYS?
Yeah, absolutely, you should!
It’s fun to explore and see the physics and the different warriors clash in exciting battles.
Toy Tactics is easy to learn, but hard to master.
You don’t have to be a mastermind and you don’t have to know a lot of fancy controls either, but it would help a bit.
TOY TACTICS is worth your time and money, go ahead and play with toys once again!
